Game Submission Terms of Service

By submitting a game to Induction Games ("we", "us", "our"), you ("you", "your") agree to the following terms. These terms may be updated at any time at our sole discretion. You are responsible for reviewing them periodically.

1. License and Rights

• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, distribute, publicly display, and promote your game and related assets.
• You acknowledge we may modify, repackage, or brand assets (including icons) for distribution channels (e.g., web, app stores) while preserving core gameplay.

2. Branding and Promotion

• We may add our branding to game assets (such as icons and promotional materials). A branded icon may be stored in our systems and used in manifests for distribution (e.g., Play Store).
• We may promote your game across our products and channels at our discretion.

3. Monetization and Revenue Sharing

• We may monetize hosted games via ads, sponsorships, or other means. There is no guaranteed revenue share.
• At our sole discretion, we may offer revenue sharing in the future for select games or programs.

4. Content Standards

• You represent that you own or have rights to all submitted content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
• Content must comply with our community guidelines and applicable laws. We may remove or refuse content at any time.

5. Removal and Moderation

• We may remove, suspend, or restrict your game with or without notice at our discretion.
• Repeated or severe violations may result in account restrictions.

6. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
